Residents of the Ricewood MUDs are encouraged to take advantage of a series of upcoming Hurricane Preparedness Workshops hosted by Harris County Precinct 4 under the leadership of Commissioner Lesley Briones.
These workshops are designed to help community members get ready for hurricane season with practical tools, resources, and guidance.
What You’ll Learn
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about emergency preparedness resources
- Understand how to navigate disaster insurance coverage
- Receive a free waterproof document bag
- Access additional preparedness tools and information
Spanish interpretation will be available at all workshops, with Vietnamese and Chinese interpretation offered at select locations.
